First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again — for the content of my email, but of course also for the prompt delivery of the package, just as announced. My product arrived already securely packaged on the outside. The shipping box had corner protection, and I have to give high praise for that. Not only have all the products I’ve received from the shop so far been in top condition, but great care has also been taken to ensure safe transport. I’m aware that it’s not always possible to anticipate how the postal journey will unfold; at the same time, it’s not something you can take for granted that a shop shows this level of consideration for such factors. Although my product did sustain damage in the photobook — specifically on the back cover where the vinyl is stored — this is something I would describe as a teething issue for which Bluepoch and the production company themselves are responsible. I simply hope that in the future they will use sturdier materials in the manufacturing of such products. With that in mind, I will leave my ofc at the full star rating, as usual, as the error occurred at the first link in the chain and not with this shop. All in all, once again, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I really REALLY want to give this 5 stars due to how beautiful it is and how fast I received it (shipping took 6 days), but unfortunately the art book has a couple of visible tears where the vinyl is held which I am a little disappointed by 😔
