There are generally two reasons for this. First, due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to send certain types of products, so they are not listed. Second, our store only sells official products available in mainland China. If you are inquiring about products that are only sold in other countries, we do not have them available.

Don’t worry about ordering pre-order items and non-pre-order items at the same time affecting your shipment. As long as the price of the non-pre-order items you bought is more than 30 USD, we will package and ship them separately for you.
We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time
