The process of finding and buying these exclusive items can take a significant amount of time, which consequently extends our delivery period. However, for items that we have in stock, we usually ship within 3-7 days.
We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.
