Hi! I bought this preorder and it came a couple weeks early which was awesome. The book came packaged in a lovely big box and lots of bubble wrap, the book was intact and no water damage occurred. Took around 16 days to arrive to me in Australia QLD. Could've of taken longer because of flooding. This store is totally legit and the product had a sticker of authentication~

Good product, but got it with lots of scratches. Dampens the experience because they are just everywhere and you cant ignore them. The packaging was very good, but I think it was scratched before it got into the package, so I doubt it got damaged while delivering.

Arrived in perfect condition and quite fast too. Lanyard is shorter than most would expect (about 40 something cm) but not too short that one would have an issue wearing it and Lucy's ID comes as a card with a nice holo finish on it. As for the ID holder itself, it's very nice and sturdy however the slot for the IDs is quite narrow with only enough space for one so those people looking to put their own IDs alongside Lucy's might have to choose between Lucy's or their own(or just buy two) but overall I'm very happy with it. Also unrelated, the little thank you note/sticker on the bubble wrap was a nice and funny touch.
