The process of finding and buying these exclusive items can take a significant amount of time, which consequently extends our delivery period. However, for items that we have in stock, we usually ship within 3-7 days.
We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.

However, we provide a collection service for official merchandise that can be shipped within 30 days. This means that you no longer have to wait for a lengthy three-month period for the official production and shipment of your desired items. We can gather the merchandise you like from select official offline stores and warehouse inventory and ship it to you as soon as the items are ready.
