FAQs

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly. support@r1999.shop

For Pre-order Items: Your order status will remain as "Processing" until the item is dispatched. Please refer to the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on the product page for the scheduled shipping window. Note: The ETA represents the estimated arrival.

For In-Stock Items: We typically ship all in-stock items within 7 business days. It is perfectly normal for your order to remain in "Processing" status until it is handed over to the courier.

We believe in Simple Pricing. You won’t find complex bundles, hidden coupons, or "buy X get Y" math here. Here is everything you need to know about how we price our products:

Early Bird Rewards (Pre-orders): We reward early supporters with a scaling price model. Usually, items start at 20% OFF during the initial pre-order phase, move to 10% OFF as time passes, and return to Original Retail Price once they are in stock.

Why Prices Might Increase: Adjustments only happen if we made a clerical error in the initial listing (e.g., undercalculating shipping costs) or because restocking often involves higher costs.

Price Correction (Overcharge): If an item is incorrectly listed at a higher price—which occasionally happens with non-standard items due to weight calculation errors—we will adjust the price and proactively refund the difference to affected customers.

No Hidden Discounts: The price you see is the best price. We do not run flash sales or sitewide promotions—the best time to buy is always as early as possible.

All our prices are USD prices and the currency used is US Dollars. However we support Visa, MasterCard credit card payments and Paypal payments, the currency will be converted automatically.

There are generally two reasons for this. First, certain products are not listed due to shipping restrictions. Second, we do not offer items that are part of exclusive collaborations or limited releases.
If you have a specific item in mind, we can assist with personal purchasing. Please contact us via email for more information.ntent.

If you placed an order for in-stock items, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing the order and provide the following information:

[Correct Shipping Address]

Don't worry about ordering pre-order items and non-pre-order items at the same time affecting your shipment. As long as the price of the non-pre-order items you bought is more than 30 USD, we will package and ship them separately for you.

We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.

Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time

Stock arrival time is the main waiting period. This includes official merchandise pre-orders, which typically take around 90 days for delivery.

Once all your ordered products have arrived at our warehouse, they will be shipped together. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is dispatched. The estimated delivery time from the warehouse to your location is approximately 5 to 15 days.
Asia: 5-10 days
Europe:10-15 days
North America: 5-15 days
South America: 12-20 days
Oceania: 7-15 days

All of the items are so well made and I love the details and materials on each. They make awesome decorations and was fun to make a shelf based off of it with my Nautika pendent.
The packaging was also very well secured but still ended up having parts little ripped, mainly paper parts - the book was safe from it aside the pocket where the music disc is stored. It's still an awesome product and I'd definitely reccomend to other Paradise Regained fans/enthusiastics!! :)

Note: Outside China, DO NOT expect a code to be part of the album as it was stated, it is not there at all. Still a big disappointment that the code is redeemable only in China region and nowhere else.
(I would've loved having the song in the background as I main Nautika to begin with.)

I bought the vertin one and its amazing. Firstly, the box was secure with plenty of bubble wrap, when opening it, the main character box is in perfect condition. When I first took a sniff of the perfume I was blown away. I honestly dont really enjoy perfumes or feminine smells to be honest, but it reminds me of a cologne rather than a perfume. Like it has masculine undertones if you get what Im saying. Which is kinda funny since we always see vertin in fairly masculine clothes lol. Anyways, in the future if there is ever another restock or when ever I get enough money, I will be buying again.
