I got my order in about 2 and a half weeks or so. Id say average time for stuff like this. Almost had a scare since it was delivered somewhere wrong though! Reached out to owner and he got back very quick and helped me find it! Really nice and responsive owner. I was so appreciative.
The items were great and packaged very securely. Even though the cardboard box itself was a bit messed up on the outside due to the delivery people, it was packaged so well nothing on the inside got damaged at all. No scratches on products, chips, the earbuds were working and on. Over all, very happy, and will be ordering again!
I’ve had my box set for a few weeks now,, just wanting some time to sit with the product to test out the quality and such.
All the items within the set were safe and secure within the main box and the cardboard box it was shipped in as well.
The tracking was always up to date and my order came in much sooner than I anticipated !! I had thought I would need to wait a month at least but my packaged arrived safely without damages within less than 2 weeks.
This was one of my first orders with this site / seller so I didn’t have any expectations for the quality of everything else within the box ; I just figured the earbuds would be the only item really of high quality but after going through it all.. everything in this box set truly was crafted with care and long term use in mind.
The earbuds are of course by design just beautiful and work wonderfully. I mainly use them just for playing music so I’m not sure how well the microphone picks up,, but everything else regarding stability, comfort, and listening quality works beautifully & smoothly.
The case the earbuds come with is also quite sturdy itself as well, I have a habit of fidgeting with items in my hands and the case has remained the same since I first got it despite me opening and closing it a lot.
The bag and chain it came with are very beautiful and much more sturdy than I anticipated them being !!
and lastly the print quality on the artwork, key-chain, and stickers are just so lovely !!
It was truly a memorable experience for me unboxing this set
and because of how beautifully crafted / printed these items are has left me with even more excitement once my other orders will eventually come in.
The communication with the seller was truly very good !!
There had happened to be an error on the website so the set I ordered was out of stock with the hissabeth keychain and they were quick to reach out to me in less than 12 hours so I could change the keychain choice to get my package shipped out as quickly as possible.
I’m sure this might just be routine for this team,, but the swiftness they had to not only pinpoint the error but also reach out to me about it was very refreshing and left me feeling very secure about the handling with my order.
idk its my first time really ordering merch for a game ;; and the responsiveness of the owner & the wonderful quality of all the items have really just made this a wonderful and memorable experience.
