The gift box itself is considered outer packaging and is not covered under the after-sales policy. However, the headset gift box is protected by a customized cardboard carton, so issues are unlikely to occur under normal circumstances.

It was worth the wait. Every detail of the packaging was designed in the Laplace theme. Unboxing it was like receiving a Christmas present.
The headphones themselves are awesome; this is my first time using non-in-ear headphones. I knew the bass quality would be the opposite of regular headphones. These headphones are comfortable to use when you need to interact with others.

I had a huge scare when the delivery driver dropped my package in the wrong area, reached out to owner and he helped me quickly and efficiently! I was so appreciative. I will definitely be trusting this website full heartedly.
Items were packaged very nicely as well, no damage, paint chips. And earbuds were on and working. Over all perfect.

It came really well. I got the Ulrich gift box and everything was inside the box, well organized and customer service was really wonderful (=^ェ^=).
Also p.s. Regulus speaks in English for the earbuds alerts in case anyone is questioning that.
