All our prices are USD prices and the currency used is US Dollars. However we support Visa, MasterCard credit card payments and Paypal payments, the currency will be converted automatically.

Don't worry about ordering pre-order items and non-pre-order items at the same time affecting your shipment. As long as the price of the non-pre-order items you bought is more than 30 USD, we will package and ship them separately for you.

We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.

Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time

Stock arrival time is the main waiting period. This includes official merchandise pre-orders, which typically take around 90 days for delivery.

Once all your ordered products have arrived at our warehouse, they will be shipped together. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is dispatched. The estimated delivery time from the warehouse to your location is approximately 5 to 15 days.

Note: I would've added my unpacking video but it seems the file size is too large for the website.

I was very worried that the cards would come super damaged based on the back and forth messaging I had with the support team, but I was surprised there was only minor damage to them. The packaging itself was fine. The outside was a Poly Mailer, followed by a Bubble Envelope, followed by actual bubble wrap, followed by cardboard taped fairly tightly sandwiching two Reverse1999 Postcards (free of charge) holding all the cards in-between them. The problem was with the actual cards themselves. The way the SP card was kept was likely what ended up damaging the card. The SP Card came in a perfect fit clear sleeve inside of a plastic hinged case. All other cards come in plastic wrappers and are vacuum sealed (tight, but not too tight) to prevent movement inside of the wrapper. They unfortunately didn't include an AR Card for all the SE cards, but the AR cards themselves are all the same so one works for all of them.

The SE cards actually held up rather well. As far as I could see no damage was done to them. The SP Card on the other hand came damaged. You can see in the picture the bottom right corner that it was likely damaged with movement inside of the plastic case. A Penny Sleeve & Card Saver would've kept the card in perfect condition during shipment.

Overall I would say that if you are aiming to resell these cards then I wouldn't bother purchasing. I bought them to keep and admire myself so although I am bummed out by the damage to the cards, they aren't so severe that they're noticeable.

If I could give half a star I would give 3.5/5. Bonus points for the actual packaging of the cards because it was kept very airtight, waterproof, humidity proof, sunlight proof, and holding everything firmly together.

-1 star for the minor damage to the SP card.
-1 star for not including an AR card for every SE card.

At first I was a bit skeptical but I saw the owner's reply to a thread on reddit, and after seeing several posts/reviews confirming the legitimacy of the store, I tried for myself.
I ordered the artbook set, and it arrived 2 weeks and a half from my order date, which to me is pretty fast as I initially thought it would take 3 weeks or a month. The merch came in the box that looks like from the official Reverse store I assume (the black box with the official logo). The package was wrapped very carefully with lots of bubble wraps.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the order. I'll order again when there're goods that aren't available in the global store.

The bag is really in a good shape , quality and condition and i really like it alot although
i wish they got shamane’s skintone correct as the way they did with his button :(
I won’t lie, i felt very disappointed and sad when i saw his skin more paler like it’s almost the same color as the bag, i really hope and wish this problem gets resolved soon!
