For Pre-order Items: Your order status will remain as "Processing" until the item is dispatched. Please refer to the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on the product page for the scheduled shipping window. Note: The ETA represents the estimated arrival.

For In-Stock Items: We typically ship all in-stock items within 7 business days. It is perfectly normal for your order to remain in "Processing" status until it is handed over to the courier.

We believe in Simple Pricing. You won’t find complex bundles, hidden coupons, or "buy X get Y" math here. Here is everything you need to know about how we price our products:

Early Bird Rewards (Pre-orders): We reward early supporters with a scaling price model. Usually, items start at 20% OFF during the initial pre-order phase, move to 10% OFF as time passes, and return to Original Retail Price once they are in stock.

Why Prices Might Increase: Adjustments only happen if we made a clerical error in the initial listing (e.g., undercalculating shipping costs) or because restocking often involves higher costs.

Price Correction (Overcharge): If an item is incorrectly listed at a higher price—which occasionally happens with non-standard items due to weight calculation errors—we will adjust the price and proactively refund the difference to affected customers.

No Hidden Discounts: The price you see is the best price. We do not run flash sales or sitewide promotions—the best time to buy is always as early as possible.

All our prices are USD prices and the currency used is US Dollars. However we support Visa, MasterCard credit card payments and Paypal payments, the currency will be converted automatically.

There are generally two reasons for this. First, certain products are not listed due to shipping restrictions. Second, we do not offer items that are part of exclusive collaborations or limited releases.

Don't worry about ordering pre-order items and non-pre-order items at the same time affecting your shipment. As long as the price of the non-pre-order items you bought is more than 30 USD, we will package and ship them separately for you.

We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.

Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time

Stock arrival time is the main waiting period. This includes official merchandise pre-orders, which typically take around 90 days for delivery.

Once all your ordered products have arrived at our warehouse, they will be shipped together. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is dispatched. The estimated delivery time from the warehouse to your location is approximately 5 to 15 days.

I should've bought the "all" version because Holy moly... everything looks so good in person!

Sadly the corners of the book was a bit damaged however it was packed secured cuz my box was quite literally beaten up (there was holes on my cardboard box lmao) other than that, I would 100% reccomend buying the all version for the acrylic vertin

Everything showed up with great packaging and it was everything was safely secured in the box! All the wrapping and was undamaged, the box it comes in is also a very nice piece to have on display. And to make things better, I expected this to come in October but it arrived early August, and I only had to wait a little over 2 weeks for it! This book is a wonderful collection item to have if you really love this game, I'd recommend it 100%!

The plush itself is incredibly soft and well-made, it is a little difficult to adjust the legs/neck, but that was expected. The bell is quite loud, but the metal used to make it seems very sturdy!

Customer service was quick and helpful as always when I had a question~ ^^
