I got a replacement for my charm because it started to chip but the charm still had the same problem like the old one.. either way I would recommend being careful with the charm and the poster itself was beautiful and there was no damage on it!

I got a replacement for my charm because it started to chip but the charm still had the same problem like the old one.. either way I would recommend being careful with the charm and the poster itself was beautiful and there was no damage on it!

Ordered this fairly recently and just had it opened. Overall this is an excellent product and the quality for this item is outstanding! The perfume itself is in a frankly beautiful bottle and honestly smells quite nice. The small touches on the little plastic box it’s housed in are also wonderful to see with the misted condensation effect.

Unfortunately the external box for the actual display of this item has a quite clear dent in the top left of it that appears to be damage from improper handling during packing. Internally the door labelled ‘4’ also refuses to close once opened so displaying this fully with the box open always leaves it just hanging. On top of this the right door of the area containing the perfume does not shut properly either. While the left door appears to be magnetised to some degree to force it to stay shut the right just hangs open, again making display quite difficult.

Overall it is just a shame what I’ve ordered is suffering from a mix of defects and potential handling damage pre-transit.
